Start a pilot

Solution

One data chain, from cargo to decision

ADL combines a reusable sensor unit, secure connectivity and a cloud platform with dashboards, alerts, an audit trail and APIs. You subscribe to the capability; we look after the hardware, the software and the support.

Finish
The ADL unit, a fanless box with heatsink fins and a row of connectors

Building blocks

Seven parts, one service

The value is not in a single sensor. It is in how the unit, the platform, your workflow and the evidence fit together.

  1. 01

    Sensor unit

Records time, position, temperature and humidity at cargo level. Optional modules add vibration, pressure, light or door-opening events.

  2. 02

    Connectivity

Moves data to the platform, with roaming, fallback and on-board buffering planned for stretches of poor coverage.

  3. 03

    Platform

Stores and processes every reading in one place, built to grow from one lane to many.

  4. 04

    Dashboard and alerts

Maps, history and thresholds per lane. Your team works the exceptions instead of scrolling through noise.

  5. 05

    Audit trail

Time-stamped events and actions, ready for quality review, investigations and claims.

  6. 06

    APIs and integrations

Connects to transport, ERP, quality and carrier systems, so ADL becomes part of how you already work.

  7. 07

    Support

People who help you set up the pilot, the escalation rules and the reporting, and stay with you through roll-out.

The flow

From a reading to a decision

  1. Measureat the cargo
  2. Transmitencrypted
  3. Interpretlane and thresholds
  4. Alertthe right people
  5. Actwhile it still helps
  6. Provewith the record

More than a logger

A logger tells you what happened. ADL tells you while you can still do something.

Plugs into what is already on board

A fanless, rugged box with the interfaces that vessels, aircraft and vehicles already use. Point at a connector to find it.

Housing
Fanless aluminium. The lid is the heatsink, with two fin banks either side of a centre bar; the side walls are finned too.
Mounting
Base flange with four keyhole slots, to bolt down in an engine room, cabin or trailer.
Power
12 V DC
Connectivity
2 × LAN (RJ45) · 2 × SMA antenna connectors for wireless modules
Interfaces
4 × serial (DB9) · 4 × USB 3.0 · HDMI · VGA · audio in and out
Sensing
GNSS and time · temperature · humidity · vibration and pressure planned
Security
Encryption at the source · on-board AI risk analysis
Integration
Dashboards · alerts · reports · APIs · Project ATLAS copilot in development
Deployment
Standalone. In aviation demonstrations it is not installed and has no connection to aircraft systems.
Finish
