Paid pilot

Start with one critical lane

No big programme, no broad promises. We prove the value of real-time control on real shipments, against numbers you agree with us before we start.

The ADL unit

What is included

Everything you need to decide

  1. 01

    10 to 25 shipments

On one lane or a few selected lanes, with real cargo.

  2. 02

    A measurement plan

Time, location, temperature, humidity and the handling conditions that matter for your goods.

  3. 03

    Dashboard access

Shipment status, exceptions, history and the reporting we agree.

  4. 04

    Alert rules

Thresholds, recipients, escalation and follow-up, set per use case.

  5. 05

    Agreed KPIs

Excursions, response time, checks avoided, integration effort and satisfaction.

  6. 06

    A value report

Results, limitations and improvements, plus a proposal for the next step.

How it runs

Six steps from blind spot to decision

  1. 1

    Find the blind spots

Where does live visibility stop today: in the data, the portals or the handovers?

  2. 2

    Price the late discovery

Link deviations to product loss, quarantine, claims, labour and customer trust.

  3. 3

    Define the intervention

Which threshold, which recipient, which decision, which action?

  4. 4

    Set the baseline

Pick the shipments and agree how success will be measured.

  5. 5

    Clear the blockers

Security, privacy, quality, integration and liability, addressed before they stall the decision.

  6. 6

    Decide on scale

Convert to an annual lease if the numbers support it.

After the pilot

Subscribe to control, not to hardware

You do not buy a device. You lease each active unit annually, and the lease covers the unit, platform access, connectivity, support, integrations and lifecycle management.

Pricing depends on how many units you deploy and the service level you need. Part of the pilot fee can be credited when you convert.

Why start now

Do not let an incident write your business case

  • A pilot reveals hidden manual cost and data gaps you can act on.
  • You build evidence before a claim or an audit forces the issue.
  • Integration and process questions get tested in a small, controlled scope.
  • Quality, operations, security and business teams share one baseline.
  • Early pilots shape the configuration, dashboards and workflows for your sector.

Questions we hear

Fair questions, straight answers

We already use trackers.

A tracker tells you where something is. ADL connects condition data, alerts, intervention and a shipment record in one workflow. The pilot is where we show the difference on your own cargo.

Our carrier portal already shows location.

Location is not the same as cargo-level condition, alerts tuned to your thresholds and a history you can prove.

Integration will take too long.

Start with the dashboard and controlled exports. We only build the integrations the pilot decision actually needs.

Compliance is unclear for us.

We work with an assurance package, a DPIA template, defined roles and an agreed validation scope, and we only claim what we can demonstrate.

Why not a free trial?

A paid pilot means real shipments, agreed KPIs and people on both sides who own the outcome. That is what makes the result worth acting on.

It sounds expensive.

Compare it with what late discovery already costs you: product loss, claims, manual labour, delays and audit effort. The pilot puts a number on exactly that.

Ready when you are

Pick the lane. We will help with the rest.
